Henry Guy

Henry is President & CEO of Modern Holdings Incorporated. As the sole shareholder, he is directly involved in all aspects of the company, particularly investment selection and oversight. Over the last two decades he has been actively involved with companies from startups to public companies in insurance, ecommerce, telecommunications & education.


Henry serves on the boards of Evermore Global Advisors LLC (EVGBX), Synalloy Corporation (SYNL), Xpeedio AB, Innova Claims Management LLC and Lors Photography, Inc. He also sits on the Board of Visitors of Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.


Henry is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a B.S. in Economics and Vanderbilt University where he earned a Masters of Business Administration. 
Jay Murray

Chief Financial Officer of Modern Holdings, and CEO of Lors Photography Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary. 


Jay has almost 30 years of accounting, finance and operational experience. He joined Modern Holdings in 2006 after spending five years as the Controller of Laundry Zone, Incorporated, a start-up company that he helped grow to over five times its original size. In addition to being CFO of Modern Holdings since 2006, Jay has been CEO of Lors Photography Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary, since 2011, and also sits on several boards of directors. Prior to Laundry Zone, Jay was the Assistant Vice President of a national retail company with over 300 locations. He began his career with one of the nation’s largest regional accounting firms. Jay is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA and NJSCPA. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University.
Joseph Campo
Joe is the CEO of Orange County based Specialty Claims Management with responsibility for the company's offices and operations in California, Georgia, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. Joe began his career in the insurance industry with Crawford & Company and joined Specialty Claims Management in 1999. He holds the insurance industry designation of Associate in Claims(AIC) and is a graduate of Stony Brook University and Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. Campo is a member of the New Jersey State Bar.
Tobias Osterdahl
Tobias is President & CEO of Xpeedio Support Solutions AB. As such, he is responsible for the whole business, operations and functions of the company as well as strategies and goals. Tobias has a long & extensive background in telecommunications. He has worked for companies such as Tele2 AB and Basset Telecom Solutions AB.

Michael Fitzgerald
Mike Fitzgerald

Mike is a Managing Director and Operating Partner at MidCap Equity Partners, a private investment firm, where he is responsible for sourcing and managing MidCap’s direct investment portfolio. Prior to joining MidCap, Mike was VP of Business Development at Modern Holdings. Mike has a wide range of operating experience in small, medium, and large enterprises, and has worked extensively with founders and management teams to create lasting shareholder value.


Mike serves on the boards of Access Systems Integration and National Educational Music Company, two MidCap holdings, as well as Innova Claims Management LLC and Lors Photography, Inc. He has been an active volunteer in local educational and youth athletic organizations in New York City for over 20 years.

Mike is a graduate of Brown University with an A.B. in English, and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Stanford University. 
Jens Bjorkman
Jens Björkman is the sole shareholder as well as President & CEO of Jinboo Investments AB. He also holds the position of Managing Director in one of his investments, ID North AB. Since 2001 he has held the CEO role and/or invested in many different companies ranging from startups to more mature companies where the focus primarily has been around changing the business, most often targeting sales and growth but in some cases also profitability.

Jens serves on the boards of Xpeedio AB, Lugn & Fin AB, Happy X AB and Bridge Scandinavia Ventures AB. Jens is a marketing graduate of IHM Business School and copywrite graduate of Berghs School of Communication.
Joachim Zetterlund
Joachim started his own business in 2004 performing board engagements and management consulting. He serves on the board of the IT support and consulting company Xpeedio AB which is part of the Modern Holdings portfolio of companies since 2008. He has also served on the boards of two additional previous Modern Holdings portfolio companies. In addition to Xpeedio Joachim also serves on the boards of Munters AB, Quant AB, Förlagssystem AB and One Agency AB. Prior to starting his own business Joachim worked 20 years in the IT industry holding sales, sales management and general management positions in Sweden and Europe managing hardware, software and consulting services businesses such as Digital Equipment, Cambridge Technology Partners, Dell Computers and Corechange.
