HISTORY
History
Modern Holdings was founded in 1993 as Innova International Corporation. Its founder was Swedish industrialist Jan Stenbeck who wanted a holding company in the United States that could mirror his many successful European businesses. Jan Stenbeck died in 2001 but his entrepreneurial spirit and business philosophies continue to live on in our organization.
