Henry Guy - President & CEO, Modern Holdings Incorporated
Henry L. Guy is the President & CEO of Modern Holdings. He has overseen and managed investments in over 30 portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Modern Holdings, Henry was the Chief Financial Officer at Ephibian, Inc. a leading software development firm which focuses on developing comprehensive database driven software applications. Before Ephibian, Henry was an officer in the United States Navy.

Henry serves on a variety of boards including those of Metro International S.A. (OMX MTRO SDB B), Anima Regni GP LLC, Basset Labs AB, Audit Value International S.A., and Lors Photography, Inc. Henry serves on the Board of Visitors for Vanderbilt UniversityÕs Owen Graduate School of Management.

Henry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the United States Naval Academy and a Masters of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.

Michael Fitzgerald - Vice President of Business Development, Modern Holdings Incorporated
Mr. Fitzgerald is responsible for analyzing potential business ventures as well as developing and executing growth and operations improvement strategies for Modern Holdings' portfolio companies.

Mr. Fitzgerald joined Modern Holdings in 2003 after spending four years as Vice President of the Loyalty Corporation, a specialized marketing consulting firm within the "Our Group" family. There, he managed projects in Latin America, Europe, and the U.S. He has over thirteen years of experience in telecommunications marketing and operations, and has held a variety of management positions at MCI, Sprint, and Global One Communications.

Mr. Fitzgerald holds an Artium Baccalaureatus from Brown University and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University.

Jay Murray - Chief Financial Officer, Modern Holdings Incorporated
Mr. Murray joined Modern Holdings in 2006 after spending 5 years as the Controller of Laundry Zone, Incorporated, a start-up company that he helped grow to over five times its original size. Prior to that, Mr. Murray was the Assistant Vice President of a national retail company with over 300 locations. He began his career with one of the nation's largest regional accounting firms.

Mr. Murray has over 16 years of accounting and finance experience. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA and NJSCPA. He holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Rutgers.

Joseph Resudek - Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Resudek founded and ran The Frontier Group, a middleware software developer, for 9 years before joining the Modern Holdings Team in 2006. While at The Frontier Group, Mr. Resudek initiated development of several industry-specific software products for companies such as LRC, Enhansiv and Porsche Cars North America.

Mr. Resudek holds a Master of Business Administration from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada.

Robert Dineen - Vice President of Investments
Mr. Dineen is Vice President of Investments at Modern Holdings Incorporated. He is responsible for analyzing potential business ventures as well as developing and executing growth and operations improvement strategies for Modern Holdings' portfolio companies. Mr. Dineen joined Modern Holdings in 2007. Previous to Modern Holdings, Mr. Dineen was an Analyst with the JP Morgan Private Bank in their New York office. Mr. Dineen holds a Master of Business Administration from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Bucknell University.

Matt Garrett - Senior Analyst
Mr. Garrett is a Senior Analyst at Modern Holdings Incorporated. He is responsible for analyzing potential business ventures as well as developing and executing growth and operations improvement strategies for Modern Holdings' portfolio companies. Mr. Garrett joined Modern Holdings in 2008. Prior to Modern Holdings, Mr. Garrett was a Cavalry officer in the United States Army and served as Scout Platoon Leader during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Mr. Garrett holds a Master of Business Administration from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. He received a B.S. in Environmental Science from the United States Military Academy.

Jens Björkman - CEO of Xpeedio Suport Solutions AB and TailorMade Consulting Group Sweden AB
During the past 13 years, Jens has had many different roles on both the commercial and technical side of the telecom software business. For the past seven years he has been the President and CEO of Xpeedio. During this period he was responsible for the complete restructuring of the company's business model. For the past five years Jens has also been the CEO of TailorMade. Mr. Bjjörkman has a Business School degree in Marketing.

Jesper Wikström Förne - President & CEO of BassetLabs AB
Mr. Wikström Förne joined BassetLabs in 1998. As Sales Manager and Vice President, he built Basset's sales organization, created worldwide market recognition, and restructured the internal installation and support organizations. He has been CEO since 2002. Mr. Wikström Förne holds a Master of Science Degree in Mecatronics from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden.
