Assistant to the CEO
This position is Modern Holdings' unique version of a Leadership Development Program and lasts 18-24 months. After successful completion of the assignment, Assistants are placed either in an operations focused role in one of the Modern Holdings' portfolio companies or in an investment focused role.
Operations Professional
This position is designed for an individual who has prior entrepreneurial experience and is able to act as a C-level employee at one or several of Modern Holdings' portfolio companies.
Investments Professional
This position involves working with the investment team in all aspects of the investment process including sourcing potential investment opportunities, deal analysis, due diligence, and deal execution.
